I have been a customer of Private Lives for quite some time and have previously purchased satin nightwear from the brand. My earlier purchases had soft, premium-quality satin that remained smooth even after washing, which is why I chose to order the Firoji Satin Pajama.
Unfortunately, this purchase has been disappointing. When I first received the product, I assumed the wrinkles were due to packaging, so I washed and ironed it before forming an opinion. However, even after washing and ironing, the fabric continues to develop heavy wrinkles.
The satin fabric does not feel premium. In fact, it feels more like curtain fabric rather than the soft, luxurious satin expected from a premium nightwear brand. I am not saying the product is defective, but the quality of the satin fabric used does not match the standard I have experienced with my previous Private Lives purchases.
I am sharing photos so other customers can judge for themselves. I hope Private Lives takes this feedback seriously and maintains the quality that made me a repeat customer.
